 1.⁠ ⁠Made-to-Order & Customization

All outfits are handcrafted and made-to-order. Minor customizations in measurements are possible. Once the order is placed, we begin production, so changes may not be accepted after 24 hours.

 2.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–5 weeks.
• International deliveries may take 4–6 weeks, depending on logistics and customs.
• Shipping timelines may vary slightly during festive seasons or promotional periods.

 3.⁠ ⁠No Refund Policy

As every piece is custom-made, we do not offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding.

 4.⁠ ⁠Alterations & Exchanges

We offer:

• One-time complimentary alteration in case of a genuine issue (such as sizing or stitching error).
• Exchange is possible only if the product is unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging, subject to inspection and approval.
• Exchanges are not applicable on customized pieces or international orders.

Slight differences in color, texture, or embroidery details may occur due to lighting, device screens, or the artisanal nature of our garments. These are not considered defects.

 6.⁠ ⁠Garment Care

Dry clean only. Store in breathable cotton or muslin bags. Avoid direct sunlight and sharp jewelry with delicate embroideries.
